This is an entry in parliamentFunk's 'Silver Screen' competition. [link]

It is a very famous scene from a silent film from 1923 called 'Safety Last' starring Harold Lloyd. [link]

Edit. He now has his glasses and is holding on with both hands. This is what he did in the movie.

Oh good lord this is fantastic! I absolutely adore Harold Lloyd, and recognized this immediately. Never thought I'd see him in emote form, but I'm quite glad I have now! If only he had his signature glasses, but I'd imagine that would be difficult to do in pixels.
