This is my first attempt at Isometric pixel art. It was a commissioned piece which proved to be too detailed for the client...they wanted a plainer less detailed piece.
Thank you but really i was putting iso off because i thought it would be hard....darn it is easier than non iso. Follow the rules of iso and you can draw anything once you see how the angles work.
The only thing I see that could be too detailed would be the flooring. But that doesn't distract from the work itself. Overall, it was nicely done. It looks quite professional, actually.

That wasn't the flooring I used. I used an existing design in order to keep it consistent with another piece they already had. As I wanted this to be all my own work, I re did the tiles.
I took out the two cabinets, the headphones, blacked out the 'uter screens, took away the note pad, took away the chairs, changed the microphones to a simpler design enlarged the window and added a street scene....so on and so on.
Sounds kinda boring. Oh well. I prefer this one anyway.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

If you're up for some tinkering, have a go at darkening the floors under the desks and see how it adds depth to the scene.
