I saw an amazing photo [link] by RaVeN-82 
and asked his permission to use it as a model to reproduce it in PixelArt. I thank him very much for his generosity.
I think this is about the most beautiful photo I have ever seen. The capture of the light was remarkable, the colors were amazing and the whole balance of the piece was just perfect.
I found this a very challenging piece to reproduce. It has been worked on over quite some time as most of it was really hard to recreate truthfully and I wanted it to prove worthy of such a fine piece of photography.
No transparencies/reduced opacities were used at all.
77 colors were used.
The pencil tool was the only tool used to lay down the colors.
I have included a WIP for this piece in my scraps [link]
as well as a 400% enlargement for those who would like to see how I lay the pixels. [link]
